GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Why has the TAB+ Rewards program been terminated?

Our TAB+ Rewards program was designed to reward members. Recent customer feedback revealed that in some areas, our current loyalty offerings weren't hitting the mark. We've listened to customer feedback and made the difficult decision to close the TAB+ Rewards Program from Wednesday 18 December 2019.

  • How will I now be rewarded for my loyalty?

We are continually working to improve the offers, specials and products you have access to. This includes exclusive sports and racing specials, and targeted offers delivered to you by email and SMS (to eligible customers).

Our continual focus on creating fantastic experiences for you as a TAB customer illustrates our commitment to rewarding you for your ongoing loyalty.

  • Why should I stay with TAB?

While we are reviewing the TAB+ Rewards program, we will continue to offer you an extensive spread of exclusive sports and racing offers, great odds and a fantastic betting experience wherever you are.

  • I only bet with TAB because of TAB+ Rewards. Why should I stay?

There is a range of benefits which eligible customers receive from betting with TAB. These include exclusive special offers for race days and sporting events, and access to live SKY racing and international sports vision.

 

EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS

  • How long will it take for converted points to appear in my account as Account Credits?

Unused points converted to Account Credits will be available for use from 9am (AEST) on Friday 20 December 2019.

  • My remaining TAB+ points have not been converted to Account Credits?

If Account Credits are not in your account by 9am (AEST) on Friday 20 December 2019, please contact the call centre on 1800 823 888 or support@tab.ubet.com

  • How long do I have to use my Account Credits?

Rewards points converted to Account Credits have no expiry.

  • Will I receive an Account Credit for points that were to be earnt from bets already placed on events / races occurring after 18 December?

Points for bets placed on events / races occurring after Wednesday 18 December will be credited on 19 December and automatically converted to Account Credits by 9am (AEST) 20 December.

  • Can I transfer my Account Credits to a friend or relative?

No. Unused Reward Points can only be converted to Account Credits on the account in which they were earned.

  • How many Account Credits will I get?

Reward points will be converted to Account Credits at a rate of $1 worth of Account Credits for every 400 points earned. Points will be converted to the nearest $0.01.

  • What do I do if I believe the amount of Account Credits I have received is incorrect?

If you believe the Account Credit you received is incorrect, please contact the call centre on 1800 823 888 or support@tab.ubet.com.

  • What if I cannot withdraw my funds from my account?

It may be that your identify has not been verified. You will need to verify your account before any withdrawal can occur.
